Silent Counselling
Silent Counselling is a gentle, non-verbal therapeutic approach that creates space for emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity, without the need to talk.
Sessions take place sometimes mostly in silence, allowing the body and mind to settle naturally. This approach is especially supportive for those who feel overwhelmed by words, find traditional talking therapies difficult, or simply need a calm, contained space to feel and release.
This gentle, supportive therapy may help with:
