Gentle, non-invasive light therapy designed to support recovery, enhance skin vitality, reduce inflammation, and help the body return to balance.

What is Red Light Therapy Therapy?
Red Light Therapy (also known as Low-Level Light Therapy or Photobiomodulation) is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body at a cellular level.
These therapeutic light wavelengths penetrate the skin and are absorbed by the mitochondria (the energy centres of our cells). This process encourages natural cellular energy production (ATP), helping cells repair, regenerate and function more efficiently.
It is relaxing, painless, and requires recovery time.
How it works:
Red and near-infrared light gently penetrates the skin and underlying tissues.
This light energy:
-
Stimulates mitochondrial function
-
Encourages increased ATP (cellular energy) production
-
Supports circulation and oxygenation
-
Promotes collagen and elastin production
-
Assists the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response
By enhancing cellular energy, the body is better able to repair itself and restore balance.
