Our aim is always to resolve concerns through open, honest and respectful communication.

While we may not always be able to provide the exact resolution requested, we are committed to treating every concern seriously, responding with compassion and professionalism, and finding the most appropriate way forward.
We believe that feedback, concerns and even difficult conversations can be valuable opportunities for learning, growth and continuous improvement, helping us provide the best possible experience for our clients and community.
Independent Practitioners
Many therapists working from Horizon Remedies are self-employed professionals. If your concern relates to a treatment provided by an individual practitioner, we may direct you to them so they can address the matter personally. Where applicable, practitioners may also have their own professional complaints procedures.
