What is Silent Counselling?
Silent Counselling is a gentle, non-invasive session designed to help you release emotional tension without needing to repeatedly relive painful experiences. Despite the name, you won’t be left sitting in silence. You’ll be guided through breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and supportive pressure point work to help regulate the nervous system and release stored emotional energy, usually ending in some kind of meditation or visualisation technique.
Rather than focusing on retelling the problem, we work with the body and nervous system to release stagnant energy and gently shift toward clarity, balance, and a solution-focused mindset, creating space for healing without overwhelm.
How it works:
Emotional stress and unresolved experiences can become stored within the nervous system and body, influencing thoughts, behaviours, and physical tension.
During your session:
• You’ll begin with a grounding mineral foot soak and gentle scrub to help you ground and prepare the body for release
• Guided breathing exercises support nervous system regulation
• Gentle pressure point work helps release stored emotional tension
• Structured yet calm guidance allows the body to process without overwhelm
• You are not required to relive or retell painful experiences unless you choose to

By supporting both emotional and physiological responses, the process creates space for safe, steady healing.

What to expect:
Sessions are gentle, grounding, and tailored to your individual needs. You will be welcomed into a calm, private space where you can fully relax and feel safe.
Your session begins with a detoxifying mineral foot soak and gentle scrub to help you settle and transition into a grounded, receptive state.
You will then lie comfortably while being guided through breathing exercises and gentle pressure point work to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. You are not required to relive or retell painful experiences unless you choose to. Instead, we focus on releasing stored tension and shifting toward clarity, balance, and solution-focused awareness.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centred, with a renewed sense of emotional steadiness.
For longer-term change, a course of sessions may be recommended, but you are always welcome to begin with a single session to see if it feels right for you.

Pricing:
For Silent Counselling, a minimum of 2 sessions is required.
The first session focuses on release and regulation, and the second session acts as a supportive follow-up to gently integrate shifts and move through anything that may have surfaced.
This two-session structure ensures the work is completed safely and effectively, allowing space for the nervous system to process and stabilise.
Silent Counselling – 2 Session Commitment (60 mins): £60 each
Ongoing sessions can be arranged in consultation with your practitioner if further support is desired.
